Heinemann Educator Empowerment Team (HEET) is a unit of the Sales and Marketing division. The primary purpose of this unit is to assist educators in all provinces of our country with regard to curriculum issues such as planning and assessment. In this regard our company is playing a meaningful role in the transformation process of the educational sector of our country. The demand for the educator support service by HEET is overwhelming. In the last two years Heinemann conducted almost 6000 workshops! In these workshops educators are trained on: various aspects of the curriculum such as Learning Programme/Subject Framework, Work Schedule, Lesson Plan, Assessment various Heinemann product in each Learning Area/Subject content of various Learning Areas/Subjects.

The educator empowerment workshops are conducted using Heinemann books which are fully compliant with the specifications of the Curriculum. HEET comprises of 45 personnel found in 7 provinces and are well trained in the NCS, subject content and Heinemann product.
